Let’s start by clicking on the ‘Facebook Business Page’ tab.
If you are currently not set up on Facebook you will not have this tab (you can skip straight to Part 3 - Google Advertising). If you have a Facebook Business Page but have not linked it to Ora, go back to 1. Logging In, and Step 11 - which explains how to link new channels to your Ora account.
After clicking on the ‘Facebook Business Page’ tab, you will see an overview of your Facebook analytics for the past month. Remember you can adjust the time period you wish to view at the top of the page.
The statistics you can see include: Peak Impressions (how many times your ad has been seen by someone on Facebook); Page Consumptions (how many times someone has then clicked on your content on Facebook); Lifetime Likes (how many total page ‘likes’ you have); New Likes (the number of new likes over the last month) and Unlikes (if anyone has chosen to ‘unfollow’ your business on Facebook).
The Line Graph on the left underneath your Facebook analytics shows your number of Impressions vs Consumptions for the past month (or time period you have selected) to view how successful your Ad has been in drawing people to your page.
The Pie Chart to the right displays the demographic of your Facebook page ‘Likes’. It shows quite clearly the gender breakdown of people engaging with your Facebook page and is very useful information to apply to any Facebook Advertising that you choose to do, to ensure any $$ spent on advertising is targeting the most accurate demographic for your business.
